A fourth generation farm since 1919, the Tingen family raises Hereford cows on pasture in Oxford, North Carolina. Find this grass-fed beef in our house ground beef blend.

Farm and Sparrow is a North Carolina mill dedicated to preserving American heirloom grains and legumes. These organically grown grains are freshly stone-milled to order and can be found in our house-made sourdough pizza crust, pasta, focaccia, polenta, and more.
