For more intricate varieties, such as campanella & gnocchi we partner with Durham’s very own Melina’s Fresh Pasta to ensure the highest quality. Owner and pasta maker Carmella, who grew up in a traditional Italian-American family in Syracuse, NY, brings her rich heritage and expertise to every batch. The pasta is made using time-honored techniques learned from both her Southern Italian mother, Giuseppa, and her specialized training in Bologna, Italy.
